You have another xciptv app installed... Which our app will either not install or it will overwrite and cause login error...
You need to uninstall the other xciptv app first...
IF YOU HAVE A ACCOUNT IN THE XCIPTV, Smarters, APP YOU CURRENTLY HAVE ON YOUR DEVICE, YOU CAN JUST ADD YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE ACCOUNT SECTION.
If you do this, you will require url: http://live2.uemtv.biz along with your username and password.

Either they are typing login info wrong, or they are installing over top of another app of the same... Which than will keep the url form the old app, and will not allow login, of new service.
If you are using xciptv app (which is hotapk link) they need to make sure any xciptv app that they have installed, is removed, before install of the new app.
If they install over top of another xciptv app, they need to force close app, clear cache/data and uninstall the app... Reinstall the new app... Should log in without issue.
